SnapList Terms of Service

By using SnapList ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

SnapList is an AI-powered tool that helps you create eBay listings from photos. We provide AI analysis, listing generation, eBay integration, price analytics, and inventory management.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use SnapList.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person or entity per account. No sharing accounts.

3. Your Content

• You own the photos you upload and the listings you create.
• You grant us a limited license to process your photos and data for the purpose of providing the Service (AI analysis, storage, eBay posting).
• We do not claim ownership of your content.
• You are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with eBay's policies and applicable laws.

4. AI-Generated Content

• SnapList uses AI to generate listing titles, descriptions, prices, and other data.
• AI-generated content is a suggestion, not a guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all listings before posting.
• We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content, including incorrect prices, wrong categories, or inaccurate item descriptions.
• Confidence scores are provided to help you identify uncertain fields. Use them.

5. eBay Integration

• When you connect your eBay account, you authorize SnapList to create, update, and manage listings on your behalf.
• We are not responsible for eBay account suspensions, listing removals, or policy violations that result from listings you approve and post.
• You can disconnect your eBay account at any time in Settings.
• SnapList is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SnapList to list prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit items
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
• Use the Service to spam eBay or any other platform
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts to bypass limits
• Use automated tools to interact with SnapList beyond its intended interface

7. Pricing & Payments

• Free tier features may change at any time.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partial months or unused scans.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

• SnapList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for lost sales, incorrect listings, eBay account issues, or any indirect damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
